With a strong background in medical-surgical nursing, Natasha has cared for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Her experience in hematology and oncology nursing reflects her commitment to providing comprehensive care to individuals fighting cancer and blood disorders.
Beyond her role as a nurse, Natasha actively engages with the community as a program director, training individuals to become certified nursing assistants. This close contact with the community demonstrates her dedication to uplifting and supporting the healthcare workforce.
Building on her nursing experience, Natasha has furthered her education to become an adult and geriatrics primary care nurse practitioner. Currently working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at a level one trauma center in Boston, Ciara thrives in high-pressure environments, providing critical care to patients with complex medical conditions and severe injuries. Their ability to quickly assess patients, implement appropriate interventions, and closely monitor their progress sets them apart as an exceptional ICU nurse.
In addition to their clinical role, Ciara’s passion for education has led them to serve as a nursing instructor, imparting their knowledge and skills to aspiring nurses. Through their role, Ciara guides and mentors future healthcare professionals, nurturing their development and inspiring them to excel in their careers.
